Setting

This is the myth of my creation, which is very different than any other mortals.

I was created on Mt. Olympus by Hephaestus. Zeus ordered him to make me as beautiful as all the gods. I was blessed by all the Gods with gifts that made me who I am. Aphrodite, the goddess of love, gave me my beauty and grace. Apollo, the god of music, gave me the ability to lie. Athena, the goddess of wisdom, showered me with jewelry. Hermes, the gods messenger, made me shameless and Zeus' wife Hera gave me curiosity beyond belief.

Mount Olympus was an enormous kingdom where only the gods were aloud to be. Every god had their own palace and they all lived their lives very similar to mortals. They had to obey rules, abide by customs and gather for small meetings or conferences. While they ate their meals, the gods would socialize and make decisions about mortals and the world. The gods had doctors, servants, preachers, and messengers. They even had a doorkeeper, the Horae. He would open and close the golden gates of Mt. Olympus to the outside world.
