Attributes Part 2

I had one responsibility, to not accept any gifts that were given to me by Zeus. All the other gods gave me wonderful gifts, such as beauty and necklaces and  garland of flowers. I accepted a box, although many think it was more of a jar, and my curiosity got the best of me. I opened the box and out came many evils for mankind.

I was created on top of Mt. Olympus by Hephaestus. I was made from earth, dressed by Athen, given necklaces from the Graces and Peitho, given flowers for my head, and given lies and deceit from Hermes. He also gave me a beautiful voice and the name Pandora. 

When most people think of me, they think of my box. I am mostly known for that even though it was not completely my fault. Once I was able to close the box, all that was left in it was hope. All the other tragedies had escaped.
